Return Policy

1. Custom Orders

  • All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Custom crafts are made to your exact specifications (e.g., personalization, color choices, size, design), so please double-check all details when placing your order to ensure accuracy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a custom item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged item, please email us atKimsez@Outlook.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

  • Once we confirm the damage, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item or arranging for a replacement.

  • We may offer a full refund or a replacement depending on the situation.

3. Incorrect Item Sent

  • If we send you the wrong custom item due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong name, incorrect color, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will gladly arrange for an exchange or a refund if an error is found, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

4. Change of Mind

  • Since our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

  • Please ensure that all customization details (names, colors, sizes, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.

5. Exchanges

  • We only accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept exchanges for items that are custom-made to your specifications.

6. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your custom order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as we have not yet started production. After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel it.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For exchanges or returns, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item, including the return shipping address.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued in the case of a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
